SCHOOL LEAVERS EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS
Our RYSS Employment Support staff are available to deliver an exciting range of supports for young people funded with School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) funding in their NDIS plan.
The transition from school to employment can be an exciting yet daunting change and sometimes it can be a process to navigate the different pathways and supports that are available to help build your confidence and capacity.
Our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) helps to build your capacity to prepare you for work. Our supports are focused on your goals and are tailored to your needs. We help to ascertain your aspirations, skills, abilities, interests, and personal and family circumstances to find jobs that are right for you.
Our SLES program offers a combination of one-on-one, group, face-to-face, online, and work experience opportunities. Our staff will support you week by week to build on employment goals, establish your own employment pathway, engage in a range of RYSS Group programs, and source workplaces for you to get a taste of a job!
