Finding and Keeping
a Job Supports
Our RYSS Employment Support provides personalised support for young people with Finding and Keeping a Job funding in their NDIS plan. We help build confidence, develop skills, and explore career pathways to prepare for work and achieve employment goals.
Finding and Keeping a Job Support
The transition from school to employment can be both exciting and overwhelming. Navigating the different pathways and supports available takes time, and it’s important to feel confident and prepared along the way.
Our Employment Support Program is designed for you, ensuring a person-centred approach that focuses on your strengths, passions, and aspirations. Together, we explore your skills, abilities, and interests while also considering your personal and family circumstances to help you prepare for work, find the right opportunities, and maintain employment.
Support is flexible and tailored to your needs. You can work one-on-one with a staff member or join a small group of like-minded peers with similar goals. Along the way, you’ll build confidence, gain practical experience, and have the chance to get a real taste of working life.
