Eligibility criteria:
Aged 15 -24 and over and no longer at school or completed HSC
Live in NSW
Have a USI
Australian Citizen or permanent resident
NZ Citizen
On Centrelink benefit
Meet Refugee or Humanitarian visa requirements
Asylum Seeker
Indigenous
Work less than 25hrs per week in NSW
Physical or Mental impairment that limits them
Economic Hardship
