Healthy Habits: Weekly Social Group - Wyoming Mondays
Welcome to Healthy Habits, a vibrant weekly social group designed specifically for young NDIS participants. Our mission is to create a supportive and engaging environment where individuals can come together to explore and embrace essential components of a healthy lifestyle. Join us as we focus on:
Healthy Food: Discover delicious and nutritious recipes, learn about balanced diets, and participate in cooking demonstrations that make healthy eating fun and accessible.
Good Sleep: Understand the importance of rest and relaxation. We’ll share tips and techniques for improving sleep hygiene and creating restful bedtime routines.
Healthy Body: Engage in fun physical activities that promote fitness and well-being. From gentle exercises to group sports, we’ll find ways to keep our bodies active and energized.
Healthy Mind: Explore mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and creative outlets that foster mental well-being and resilience.
At Healthy Habits, we believe that taking care of our bodies and minds is essential for thriving in life. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
