About the event
Social Futures Local Area Coordinators will be making a monthly visit to the One3One Youth Hub.
Do you have a NDIS plan or are wanting to know how to access the NDIS?
Meet with the Local Area Coordinators from Social Futures to have your questions answered with a scheduled appointment time within a safe and supportive environment.
Monthly on a Thursday from 10am-12pm.
After you register your interest, the RYSS Resource Worker will call to confirm an appointment time within the 2 hour time-frame.
