About the event
Social Futures Local Area Coordinators will be making a monthly visit to the One3One Youth Hub.
Do you have an NDIS plan or are wanting to know how to access the NDIS?
Meet with the Local Area Coordinators from Social Futures to have your questions answered with a scheduled appointment time within a safe and supportive environment.
Monthly on a Wednesday from 10 am - 11:30 am.
After you register your interest, the RYSS Resource Worker will call to confirm an appointment time within the 1.5 hour time-frame.
